[enhancement]: Add a slider to the Brush and Eraser tool instead of popup

What should this feature add?

A slider should be present for the brush and eraser tool. The current popup is annoying, slow, and unnecessary.

It's in a popover to support users on smaller screens. For example, the default macbook resolution makes it very crowded if it's not in a popover.

It's possible to measure the available space and decide if we have enough room for the slider to be in-line. Happy to review a PR if anybody wants to contirbute this.

Why not simply add a shortcut operation similar to that in Photoshop, where you can directly resize by pressing Alt and scrolling the mouse wheel?

Currently, you can use Ctrl + mouse wheel to increase/decrease the size of the brush and eraser tools.

@lil-lilithhh, does this shortcut suit you or still prefer to have the slider when enough space is available?

@csehatt741 A slider is still preferred because I can quickly switch to a low or high value by simply clicking near a low or high spot on the slider. Plus, if you use a drawing tablet then the scroll wheel won't be of access.
