On
yarn create github-actions-setup-for-ember-addonsdev dependenices are not installed butpostinstallstep is executed. This was breaking. Package patching is not needed in production as it was only used to fix a typing issue. To reduce complexity I decided to copy the types from@types/js-yamland maintain a fork locally until typing ofsafeLoadfunction is fixed.
