ignoring files starting with `#` will just add a comment

if the file starts with # or !, they will just become a comment in the .gitignorefile

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. touch '#abc'
2. select the file in working tree
3. ignore by pressing i and then i
4. the file is not being ignored
