This PR is to allow to infer the current notebook version using
sys_info.notebook_versionin a legacy notebook extension, when using thepage.htmltemplate. This is similar to how it is done in thenotebook.htmltemplate.Use case is the
nbextensionsoverview tab, where a compatibility check for the notebook version is performed.As
Jupyter.versionno longer works, it should be replaced bysys_info.notebook_versionhere: PR.@echarles : What do you think ?
