https://rubydocs.org has been brought offline. I now pointed !rb to !ruby which searches ruby-lang.org

I also updated !ruby to have a correct alternate domain set

Thoughts on pointing these to https://rubydoc.info/stdlib/core/%s instead?

I think that's what !rdoc is supposed to do, but that one is broken.

Anyway the two are inherently different. https://docs.ruby-lang.org/ offers official documentation for the official libraries.

https://rubydoc.info scrapes the rubygems and attempts to compile their documentation using yard.

I think !rb should point to the properly versioned and formatted official documentation. !rdoc should probably just be fixed

And although rubydoc.info technically can provide documentation for the official libraries the UI is awful.

Edit: also it should be noted that rubdydoc.info is down half of the day
