Could a sysadmin please create the kernelci/staging-rustc-1.73 and kernelci/rustc-1.73 repositories on Docker hub?

Update the kernelci-core staging patch series to use the `rustc` 1.73
toolchain.

Build the `rustc-1.73` Docker image on staging as the version is being
upgraded from 1.72.

I dont have access to do that. Docker accounts to create repositories are with you and @mgalka as i recall.

Alright I'll do it this time. The procedure will need to be tweaked to say "ask a Docker Hub admin" rather than any sysadmin.

OK the Docker Hub repositories have been created. The next staging run at 16:00 UTC should pick up the change to build the new Docker image and push it there, in principle.
