This PR updates Angular versions (zone and no-zone variants) to the upcoming version v17 (PR updates dependencies to the RC.0 just released).
On top of updating the Angular version we switch the usage of
ngForto the new built-in control flow that performs much better in our internal testing:Would love to see official results!
