Having a call for blogs or similar

What would you like to be added

I believe it would be helpful for contributors if there was a file listing some blog titles and a short abstract of blog contributions that SIG Docs is interested in.

Why is this needed

Having contributed to Keras Examples earlier, a call for contributions (we could draw inspiration from here too) was super helpful for me and I had also seen it helping new contributors and would also go a long way in giving others an idea about the kind of blogs we expect.
