Split Analysis/Convex/Normed into two files, motivated by the desire to get that the (closed) metric ball is convex with fewer imports.

I think this is a reasonable split, but I'll leave it to @YaelDillies to decide. I wonder whether the Topology / Basic split is actually necessary or not.

I quite like the idea. Can you make sure you are not adding unordered imports? And could these files be under Analysis.Normed?

Analysis/Convex/Normed/Basic -> Analysis/Normed/Module/Convex
Analysis/Convex/Normed/Topology -> Analysis/Normed/Module/ConvexTopological

ConvexTopological isn't a great name, but I couldn't think what else to call it?
