Add start flag for choosing the rootful template or containerd instead

Description

When using podman machine init, they have a --rootful flag to choose a rootful connection instead of a rootless one.

It would be useful to have a similar flag in Lima, which would make it easier to change (similar to --cpus --memory etc)

When using a template, it would choose the one named "-rootful" and when using default it would use a yq statement.

The name of the instance would not change, so limactl start --rootful template://podman would be named: podman

Most of them don't apply, when not using CoreOS and Ignition, but some of them are similar to Lima's

The created instance is not accessible by the user, but this is a known issue...

FATA[0000] rootless containerd not running? (hint: use `containerd-rootless-setuptool.sh install` to start rootless containerd): stat /run/user/1000/containerd-rootless: no such file or directory

If we wanted to make it useful with nerdctl.lima, it would need something like:

anders@lima-default:/home/anders/lima$ sudo chgrp anders /usr/local/bin/nerdctl 
anders@lima-default:/home/anders/lima$ sudo chmod 4750 /usr/local/bin/nerdctl 

Similar to what we are doing in the docker-rootful and podman-rootful templates.

Will do this only for podman and docker, by changing the template field for "rootful".
