Enable gRPC port forwarder by default again

The default was once changed to GRPC in Lima v1.0, but it was reverted to SSH in v1.0.1 due to stability reasons.

We will update LIMA_SSH_PORT_FORWARDER to false in later release correct, Probably 1.1.0 ??

As of now, DDEV works fine with LIMA_SSH_PORT_FORWARDER: false. We need to see if any other cases are failing apart from this

I tested the ddev fully with GRPC we were good from that.

Also post that i didn't see any issues on this end
