Will release v1.1.2 after merging https://github.com/lima-vm/lima/milestone/61 and updating the templates

Should #3601 be on the 1.1.2 milestone? It is a regression due to making the GRPC port forwarder the default.

I don't know if anybody else has time to look into it; it seems @balajiv113 is too busy right now.
