I would prefer that column labels do not include spaces (so would use VMTYPE instead of VM TYPE).

This will simplify things if we ever add an option like --columns=NAME,STATUS to customize the output columns.

Sure, but anyway we already have limactl ls --format '{{.Name}},{{.Status}},{{.VMType}}'

Also added a new commit limactl disk list: s/IN USE BY/IN-USE-BY/g

we already have limactl ls --format '{{.Name}},{{.Status}},{{.VMType}}'

I know, but that produces essentially a CSV file and not a column-aligned table.
