Display storage only when storage exceeds 80% of total storage

2. Remove storage information in left menu when it’s not necessary

As a user,

I want the storage usage indicator to appear only when this information is relevant,

So that when my storage usage is less than 80% of the total capacity, the indicator is hidden,

And when my storage usage exceeds 80%, the storage information is displayed in the left menu,

Allowing me to be alerted about high storage usage without unnecessary visual clutter when space is sufficient.
