- npm install
- Create ".env" file in "api" folder
- Set TEXT_TO_SPEECH_API_KEY=
- TEXT_TO_SPEECH_API_URL=
- node index.js --> localhost:3000 (localhost:3000/synthesize?text=Hi David?)
