Output list manipulation

Currently we can add an output to  `graph.outputs`  but we do not have other operations. I think we need

* [ ] `clear_outputs!`  deletes all outputs ie `empty!(graph.outputs!)`
* [ ] `del_output!` deletes a specific node from the list of outputs
