CSP: trusted-types is enabled on Chrome 83 by default.

Do you know whether trusted-types is supported in Android WebView?

Hi @shisama and welcome to BCD! Thank you for opening this PR.

Re: WebView: Unless there's some evidence otherwise, I'd expect WebView to have the same version as Chrome and Chrome for Android. (Joe's comments on #4811 also point this way.)

Thank you for your comments. I confirmed that trusted-types worked on Android WebView the version of which is 83 with my Pixel. I fixed "webview_android".
