Twitter still listed in the login drop-down

Describe the bug

A logged-out user clicking on the login drop-down in the top right corner sees that Twitter is listed among the options, despite that not being available for over two years.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://metacpan.org/
2. Click on the login icon in the top right
3. See that Twitter is listed as an option
4. If Twitter is selected it takes you to https://fastapi.metacpan.org/login/twitter which is just a come-back-later message.

Expected behavior

Twitter should not be in the list of options for login

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.

It would be nice to have more than two 3rd-party options for sign-in, especially since both (Google and Github/Microsoft) come with their own baggage. But Twitter is unlikely to be it from here on in.
