Release: Numpy 2.0 Compatibility

• before merging will fix NumPy 2.0 compatibility #2216 and is related to API: Remove ptp, itemset and newbyteorder from np.ndarray class numpy/numpy#24682
• semiautomatically replace ndarray.ptp use using janky script since ruff NPY201 does not do this automatically 😢
• update docs requirements which closes Bump jinja2 from 3.1.3 to 3.1.4 in /docs #2219
• release Fix loading camera in gltf #2217
• update corpus tests to latest commit and fix new issues.
• make sure load_path(segments) applies tol_path.merge which fixes In the slicing algorythm loops are in some edge case not correctly detected #2224
• fix Pass resolver to _read_buffers() when loading a .GLB file #2225 and add some type hints in gltf
• release more flexible facet computation #2228
• temporarily uses fork of mapbox-earcut in Numpy 2 tests until Numpy 2.0 Wheels skogler/mapbox_earcut_python#15 or similar is released.
