Objective:
Let's go back to GitHub Runners in the meantime; while Datacenter is prepared with new runners.
Story:
We used to have some runners but there was
DiskPressuredue to unmanaged LXC containers. We need to figure a better way to manage this scenario and have the runners in a new place.
