Getting error Init error, NetworkError: Cache.add() encountered a network error

My system has 8 GB of RAM I tried with llama as well as tiny llama , llama failed at 92% and tiny llama at 97%.

I've started facing the same issue with TinyLlama.

phi-2 continues working fine, though.

This error is related to this one #289

That has been accentuated due to the parallel downloads via this one apache/tvm#16525

Thanks. Now I am not getting the error but its occupying my entire RAM. How much minimum RAM is needed for this to run?
