Sessions must be killed before all suites are run, and after each
failed test to ensure that the test doesn't prevent future tests
from stalling out.
While this doesn't technically break user applications, it can make
it difficult to reliably produce a correct ordering of pool events
for spec test expectations.
We don't distinguish between creating connections before the stream
has been created, so this test does not work for Node as written
