sccache for windows arm64?

Hi, does sccache support windows arm64 or plan to? there doesn't seem to be a windows arm64 build in the release. Thanks.

It should be fine to add a windows arm64 build. Would you like to contribute such a workflow?

I am hoping that this is as simple as this though this might involve cross-compiling :)

It looks like we now have a windows arm64 binary in the latest release. https://github.com/mozilla/sccache/releases/tag/v0.8.2
