New Debian package maintainer needed

The Debian package (and all downstream releases) has fallen behind and needs an update by someone who knows the system and is maybe already a package maintainer.

Most (if not all) of what is needed is already in this repo, in the debian branch.

Please post here or e-mail me directly (my address is in the spampd.pl source, in the topmost comment block).
