Where to download latest stable version for windows?

I am sorry for my stupid question, but I really would like to know what is the latest stable Windows version is for download?

MPV player does not play DJI Action 5 files good ( stuttering ), so I would like to try the latest version, but there are so many options and i honestly don't know what to download.

Can somebody please provide me the link with the latest stable version?

Click on the Zhongfly release link and then look at the "Download Tips" for explanation.

Shinchiro files are similar, he just provides a 32-bit release and a gcc complied release as extras.
