[Docs] We need to switch the package for titles

The docs site is currently using this package by Ryan Florence

"react-title-component": "^1.0.1",

Since this project seems to be abandoned, we should switch to the react-document-title package by Dan Abramov.

What does this do for us?

• Correctly uses both prop-types and create-react-class packages separate from react.

Looks like react-document-title doesn't automatically give us access to the "previousTitle". That would make it more difficult to instantly create a "Avatar - Material UI" title. Still possible, but would need to be used with a wrapper component to append/prepend the "Material UI" string.
