Publish beta version of the action and test it with other repo

We can publish a beta version (0.1.0) and use it on the original repo.

Depending on the state of the action we could need to refactor the original repo workflows. We can also remove the embedded action after changing it.

I would recommend to implement this issue after #19, #20, #21, #18, #22
