libnode binaries

Hi all, I am embedding libnode into my projects as a dynamically linked library and need to build it myself. I also distribute a Rust crate that provides bindings crates/libnode_sys and the docs.

To make this easier for consumers, I offer prebuilt binaries here alshdavid/libnode-prebuilt but it's better if such sensitive downloads come from trusted Nodejs domains.

I do, however, apply one source patch to add a minimal C FFI to Nodejs (which you can see in this PR).

you're welcome to have a go at making a recipe for this; or extend one of the current ones to also pop this out (probably a new recipe though I think), but it would be good to see that PR merged upstream, it looks like you have some work to do to align with the core team's feedback but otherwise it's good to go
