To help move things forward more efficiently, I propose we begin holding meetings for items labeled web-agenda. These would be short (Probably 30-60 minutes or less), focused on unblocking or aligning on key topics.

As many of you have likely experienced, a quick call can often resolve what would otherwise take weeks of async back-and-forth.

Given that we sometimes deal with sensitive information, I suggest we have two types of meetings, depending on the content:

1. Public

   • Recorded (like other WG meetings)
   • Full minutes published in this repository
   • For general planning, public PRs, RFCs, etc.
   • All members of @nodejs/nodejs-website and @nodejs/web-infra are invited

2. Limited

   • Not recorded
   • Minutes taken, but only non-sensitive portions. Sensitive portions, if needed, can be logged to Create Means for Private Communications #14.
   • For infrastructure topics involving sensitive data (e.g., credentials, access)

We’d clearly indicate the meeting type in advance.

I know that sharing your face on a live-streamed call can be intimidating, and the last thing I want is to make anyone feel uncomfortable or excluded. To be clear, video is totally optional: you’re welcome to keep your camera off. The goal of these meetings is alignment and efficiency, not formality.

i'm not sure i'll be able to attend, express tends to monopolize my schedule with calls, though i could try to join.

Things on this website move very quickly, and most of the work is asynchronous, so the recurrence could probably be lower, maybe once a month? I'm not sure, I'll leave that up to you, since you're more closely involved in the website's development.

To better accommodate everyone’s schedules, we can always adjust the schedule. It's worth noting that we'd only (in my opinion) meet when there is something on the agenda, so "Bi-Weekly" means "Bi-Weekly, when there is something on the agenda"

I didn't really think about it. I wanted to double the bi-weekly pattern so our schedule wouldn't de-sync from the other meetings, leading to an potential eventual conflict, however, we can always do first/last instead.
