Web Infra Onboarding: Limited Access #8
Description
I wanted to propose that anyone that gets onboarded to Web Infra has a sort of "trial" period with reduced permissions on the infrastructure systems we provide (such as "read-only" for Cloudflare, and "triager" on Vercel; This gives enough permissions to check issues, logs, and even do new deployments on Vercel. On Cloudflare there's nothing that on day-to-day in general requires manual changes there.
Hence why a trial period where we can ensure that people are able and trustworthy (in the sense of not accidentally messing up infrastructure too often) to take care of such responsibilities.
