This looks great but I do wonder about the removal of the using-npm/semver docs page 🤔

@ruyadorno we talked about this in another call. That semver doc was basically a copy+paste from the node-semver readme. I've updated references in other docs to point directly at node-semver vs. maintaining a separate doc
