Problem Statement

Developers want an easy & standarized way of getting & modifying the contents of package.json through the CLI

Exit Criteria

• npm pkg get is implemented
• npm pkg set is implemented
• npm pkg remove is implemented
• Add deprecation warning for npm set-script
