update paper repo after changes to clustering_example #1
Description
- After merging of, Update to add several fixes (seeds, updated environments) and metric collection plots (from Mark) clustering_example#30 we should keep this repo in sync
- There are comments left in the review of feat: integrate dev branch and update software environments (#25) clustering_example#29 that should be taken into account here
