@auvipy you seem to be most active here, this should fix your CI issue. Travis-CI also recommends moving to GCE (sudo=True) workers. It further makes sense to upgrade all workers to Xenial, since Trusty reached end of standard support. |
PostgreSQL 9.3 has far exceded it's EOL, see https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/#releases This should also fix the test suite failures.
