  • Shut down the reference handler thread instead of interrupting it.
  • Avoid rare false-positives in ReferenceHandlerThread.isReferenceHandlerThread()
  • Fixed VM operation thread teardown logic.
  • Mark newly created IsolateThread objects as detached.
  • Improved the teardown failure/warning logic.
  • Small documentation improvements and cleanups.
