[GR-69708] Improve crash log.

• Check that the heap base is properly aligned.
• Print if isolated compilation is supported
• Print if isolated compilation is enabled
• Print if the crash happened in a compilation isolate
• When printing the list of all the isolate threads, print the OS thread id and handle.
• When printing information about serial/epsilon GC heap chunks, also print the info for the image heap chunks.
