In JDK 19, `Class.classLoader` is references directly inside of `Class` instead of only via `getClassLoader0`. Thus, add an accessor for the field.

This adds preliminary support for compiling the
/substratevmsuite with a JDK 19 Early Access build. We plan to have full JDK 19 support for the next release (#4687), but for now, other than compiling the code (i.e., building thenative-imagetool), nothing is expected to work. Adding proper JDK 19 support will be done incrementally in follow-up PRs.More precisely, Project Loom is not yet supported.
Since JDK 19 is still subject to change, native image JDK 19 support is as well.
