@Kuassim I have completed the changes. This PR fixes:

• issues with scaling using replicas
• manual provisioning through OCI-CLI updated with terraform
• deletion of repositories in entire compartment removed
• object storage producing an error if a bucket already exists
• federated user issue fixed
• issue with kubernetes version
• issue with multiple kubernetes clusters leading to error with kubeconfig generation
• issues with naming conflicts if the same lab is ran in the same tenancy
