Rename InscriptionCharge #76
Description
An InscriptionCharge is actually an OpenNode charge. It behaves exactly like the objects described in the docs here, and the charge status goes through this lifecycle.
We should update our own documentation and point developers toward the OpenNode documentation for object info.
