Same here. With very low workflow usage. |

I've tried to add a credit card and it seems to work (although the limit stays at 0.0$) |

Same here, although I totally could believe I've hit the limit of 2000 action minutes... but "Usage this month" under "Billing and plans"/"Plans and usage" shows ... 0 usage. At all. Which is also impossible. |

Oddly Weird since billing is per-org not per-repo. Began about an hour ago and is now persistent. |

I'm also hitting this, it seems like a bug, because our repo is public In |

Experiencing the same error in multiple public repositories (for example, https://github.com/crowdin/github-action/actions) However, the last payment was successful and the current usage of GitHub Actions does not exceed 3000 minutes. |

We're (Pitch) also experiencing this. @nebuk89 did you find anything in your investigations? edit: we're seeing it with a private repo on the team plan, all payments up-to-date that I can see. |

Also need to bump this thread. Private repos on the team plan fail. Invoices are all settled and spending limit is not reached. |

@gmondello could you please check this repo https://github.com/sionyx/bookreadermngrweb/actions/runs/16261966620 It's public so it shoud not depend on payment, but after several trys actions start to fail. I have tried to restart action, but error is still here. |

Hello, Our GitHub Actions workflows are not running due to the following error: "The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased." We have checked our billing usage and invoice sections for the BeyimTech enterprise, and no outstanding balance or failed payment is shown. Usage is reported as less than $0.01, and the current card is valid. We also created a cost center, and confirmed that a credit card is added. Could you please help us:
Thank you very much for your assistance. |

Hey Guys, I found the workaround (Github team still needs to fix it, but for time-being you all can use this approach) Follow these step
Now, at least give me a follow on my github profile @rohitcoder 😁😁😁😁 ✌️ |

Also seeing the same issue. Here's my ticket: https://support.github.com/ticket/personal/0/3579149 This is stopping us with a serious production build problem and I've been trying to get someone to look into it for days now. |

@rohitcoder unfortunately doing all those steps did not work for me. This is the first time I run into this issue and it happened at the worst time possible. Any other suggestions to fix this would be appreciated. |

I'm also seeing the same issue on my Biip-Dev organization. I added a credit card, set my billing information and set budgets but I'm still seeing the issue. This is quite frustrating, considering that we have builds that can't go through until this is resolved. |

I submitted a support two months ago, my codespace is not working, but now I find that my actions are also not working. Can you tell me the reason, I use it to build open source projects. |

Either : Actions usage limit reached — Free accounts have a limit on GitHub Actions minutes (usually 2000 minutes/month for public repos, less or none for private ones). Billing set accidentally — If you enabled billing for some service (like private Actions usage or Codespaces), GitHub might expect payment info and block jobs when it fails to charge. |
