Updating examples:

  • Updating simple-chatbot to use PipecatClientiOS 1.1.0
  • Refactoring how we are creating the base URL in the p2p pipecat cloud example.
  • Refactoring p2p pipecat cloud example to invoke startBotAndConnect

Before merging this, we just need a new version of @pipecat-ai/client-js and @pipecat-ai/small-webrtc-transport.
