Latest kernel version 5.4.0-37 for PopOs 18.04 breaks audio for some Lenovo devices

I'm using a "Lenovo X1 Carbon 7th Gen" laptop, and the latest kernel update to version 5.4.0-37 broke my audio, and causes failures when waking the system up from sleep.

Seems like you have to update the version of linux-firmware to at least 1.187 to fix this, but of course i don't know that for sure.
