Many Examples Do Not Work – Is it Just Me?

I wanted to explore some examples to understand how the models work, but unfortunately, none of the ones I've tried so far have been functional.

I've tried running the examples with both the latest package and the version defined in the requirements.txt, but neither worked.

Examples and Errors:

Example: boltzmann_wealth_model_network
Error: TypeError: CellAgent.init() missing 1 required positional argument: 'model'

Example: bank_reserves
Error: TypeError: CellAgent.init() missing 1 required positional argument: 'model'

Could you help me understand whether this is an issue specific to my setup, or if others are encountering the same problems?

hi @MediciHouse07, both examples you mentioned should be fixed now, thanks so much for flagging this! :)

both examples were just updated recently to use the most recent version of mesa: #267, #270.

feel free to close the issue if it works for you now!
