Java 22 has reached end-of-life state almost a year ago. There's no reason to include it when you're able to utilize newer LTS releases |

Added support for Java 22. All the required files like the Dockerfile for java 22 is palced in the correct directory and the github workflow file and the readme file has been updated to support java 22
