v2.41.1 release has no manylinux x86-64 wheels for PyPy

This also means pydantic v2.12 can not be installed.

Looking at the CI test on pydantic itself for PyPy (https://github.com/pydantic/pydantic/actions/runs/18323618951/job/52182565347), the test was successful, but the logs have no Downloading pydantic-core entry like the other tests in the same run do. The pydantic-core version used by uv in the test did not come from pypi.

Personal experience is that poetry just happily falls back to some random cpython wheel, if relevant, cpython-312-aarch64-linux-gnu (I am on ARM). Then obviously, we just get a nice enigmatic ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pydantic_core._pydantic_core'.
