Run ci with payload

• Introduce an optional input with_payload into Continuous Benchmark. If true - searcher will add with_payload:True to search requests.
• Update poetry version to 2.1.2 (otherwise docker build failed due to package-mode param not being recognized)
• Update poetry lock
