We plan to retire the legacy config classes at some point in the future so let's move to @ConfigMapping. Note: I also renamed quarkus.log.sentry to quarkus.log.sentry.enabled as the former is quite painful with YAML configuration. I kept quarkus.log.sentry as deprecated and there's a compatibility layer to avoid breaking older applications.
