Add an entry for the green "power" led, so it can be controlled
in the same way as the red/blue "status" led. By default it is set
to just be on so it functions as before.

Not sure if this is the right branch. This file appears to exist only in stable-4.4-rk3399 and linux-5.10.y, though the latter appears to be out of date.
