Context
This PR bumps fugit to the latest version. With v1.10 a handful of fairly helpful methods were added for using the library (independent of the solid_queue usage):

It may also be worth pinning to just the v1.10 (at the minor version instead of patch version). Happy to swap if that's preferred.
