Currently, there is no clear definition in header file for the scenario where the ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) feature is not supported by the platform. It's in development state and get tracked in rdkcentral/rdk-halif-device_settings#125 .
For the below API's, in L1 need to add a step where we need to validate if the ALLM feature Not Supported.
